​​Mrs. Lambert is from Hamburg, PA. She went to Kuztown University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree is Criminal Justice. She began working as a Case Manager at Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Berks County.  After deciding that she wanted to teach children, she went back to Kutztown University and was certified in Elementary Education. 

Mrs. Lambert is married and has two children. Her family moved to Arizona in 2004, and they moved back to Pennsylvania this summer. While in Arizona, she ran her own preschool, Smart Monkeys Preschool for six years and volunteered weekly in her children's classrooms. 

Mrs. Lambert enjoys going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, and taking trips. She and her family love to go to travel to soccer stadiums in other states to see the Philadelphia Union play each season.

On teaching preschool:  I was a little worried at first about teaching such a young group, but it has been a wonderful experience!  It amazes me at how quickly they learn, and I love watching them grow and become independent!  They make me smile!!

Ms. Raymond

​Aide for Mrs. Frutsche's Classes

Mrs. Frutsche grew up in South Georgia.  She went to the University of Georgia to pursue a psychology degree and worked for the Georgia State Patrol in the drivers licensing division for many years.  After having children, she went back to school to pursue a teaching degree from the University of North Carolina.  She graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education.  She has substituted, taught (3rd grade), and volunteered in the CASD since 2010. 

 Mrs. Frutsche is married and has three children.  They moved to Carlisle in 2004 while her husband was active duty in the United States Marine Corps.  After he retired in 2012, the family loved Carlisle so much they decided to make it their permanent home.  They also have 2 dogs and 4 cats! 

 Mrs. Frutsche enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.  They love to explore new places when they travel!


 

      CCNS is a licensed preschool by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. One of the licensing requirements requires all our lead teachers to have Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education and hold a Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate. 

On teaching preschool:  I absolutely love working with preschoolers! There is nothing more rewarding than seeing their eyes light up when they learn something new or realize they can do something they couldn't before. Their energy and laughter is contagious and it makes working with them fun every day!
