​​​Mrs. Lambert went to Kuztown University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree is Criminal Justice. She began working as a Case Manager at Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Berks County.  After deciding that she wanted to teach children, she went back to Kutztown University and was certified in Elementary Education. She then opened her own in-home based preschool in Arizona, Smart Monkeys Preschool for 6 years.  Mrs Lambert has been with CCNS since 2016.

Mrs. Lambert is married to her husband Derek.  They have two children in college and a cute dog!  She enjoys going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, and taking trips. She and her family love to go to travel to soccer stadiums in other states to see the Philadelphia Union play each season. 

​Mrs. Raymond graduated from the University of Nebraska with a BS in Business Administration in 1997.  She is currently attending HACC and working towards her preschool certification. Mrs. Raymond has been with CCNS since 2019.


Mrs. Raymond is married to her husband Phil, an Army Officer. They have 3 kids and have moved 8 times and then in 2018 retired in Carlisle. Mrs. Raymond spends most of her free time enjoying her daughters' sporting events which include soccer, swim team, softball and now golf. She has 2 dogs, Chewbacca and Coco, and she likes to cook and garden.​​

On teaching preschool:  I love working with preschoolers because I like to see life through their eyes, where everything is something new and fun to explore.

      CCNS is a licensed preschool by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. One of the licensing requirements requires all our lead teachers to have Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education and hold a Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate. 

On teaching preschool:  I absolutely love working with preschoolers! There is nothing more rewarding than seeing their eyes light up when they learn something new or realize they can do something they couldn't before. Their energy and laughter is contagious and it makes working with them fun every day!
